While snow conditions around Christmas in Colorado can be unpredictable, some good years, some bad, our family still had a fantastic time exploring six different resorts.
Mountain Coaster at Copper Mountain
After a day on the slopes, the mountain coaster at Copper Mountain became an instant family favorite. It was one of the most memorable non-ski activities of the trip and a great way to end the day.
An Icy Bowl Run. The fearless little one followed his older sister all the way down.
Colorado ski resorts offered some of the most challenging conditions we encountered. The bowl was firm and icy, but the kids handled it with far more confidence than we expected.
Tree Runs Through the Forest Are Always a Family Favorite
The tree runs at Winter Park were some of our children's favorite terrain. They loved weaving through the forest while enjoying Colorado's mountain scenery.
